This week

Sat = 8km beach run
Sun = 45km mtb
Mon = rest day
Tues = 13km run and a trig
Weds = 12km run
Thurs = 40 min windtrainer
Fri = 22km mtb reserves

Still doing ok...... still no event, although I've started browsing......  :)
